The SNV mall was unusually less crowded.
Ahaan took adya to the mall because she keeps irritating him about grocery shopping and how she denied avni,so he thought to bring her to mall to  shut her mouth .

Atleast it would get him some peace, adya keeps annoying him.

It had only been one hour but  adya have atleast three shopping bags with her.

"What's with this sudden urge to shoppe"
ahaan point out the thing which had been in his mind for a few hours

Adya made a shocking gasp

"Huh.. ahaan how dare you forget my birthday"adya faked shock , offcourse everyone in the family knows how ahaan is the most forgetful with dates and the dude doesn't even care about it.

" Oh. It's your birthday next week, i think it's on 22nd or something"

" Not 22nd or something it is ON 22nd "

" Ohh ok cool"
Ahaan knew . No everyone knew how energetic and excited adya would be when her birthday is near.

And unfortunately it is on this week more clearly two days later, so he was the unlucky person who is experiencing it this year

Ahaan knew she is handful to deal with but the excited version of Adya Murthy....God he don't even want to think about it.

" Dya" They heard a voice calling out to adya and by the voice and specific calling of 'dya' made them aware that it was avni.

Both ahaan and adya turned towards the voice to see the only couple of the youngest generation of the family, Akash and Avni.

Adya made a face of 'what the actual fuck is going on here ' look.
Offcourse she would.
Adya had denied her precious sister for the exact thing she is here for.

And Karma is a bitch.

Karma is a bit too fast these days...

Avni had a accusing glare pointing towards adya, and that was justified.

Ahaan look towards akash who is actually calm but he can see how much akash wants to question him on his behaviour these past days.

But Akash knew questioning ahaan is no good.

" What are you guys doing here, that too together" it was avni who raised the question which akash so desperately wants to ask

Akash gave a pointed but no nonsense look to adya , he dare not look towards ahaan now because he know he won't get anything out of that particular human being not even a fucking emotion.
Akash only remembers ahaan giving a damn emotion or reaction  only and only when adya is concerned.

So he knows that it is waste to look at him and gave his attention to adya.

" We are here to do the exact thing that you are here for ,so I could ask you the same question what are you guys doing here...together" the couple expected an answer from adya but received it from ahaan.

And that made avni stunned.

Adya pinched ahaan on his elbow and ask him to be nice.

"You don't want to be so rude ahaan and we are together because we are married and if you don't know she is my wife"
It was akash who replied back.

Both the women could sense the tension between the men.

Avni was feeling nervous because akash and ahaan rarely lockheads but when they do it is best you don't interfere between the duo  but now seeing them like this is really something she would like to avoid.

Ahaan still remember the day akash had questioned him about him and adya and their relationship was, and akash remember ahaan being rude that day too and disregard him.

Akash need an answer because adya is concerned he don't know what they are or what is there between them but he do not want both of them getting hurt at one point of this game whatever they are playing and it does not help akash that he is strongly feeling that it would hurt them at the end.

Ahaan would gladly answer akash had he himself know what it is between them, he know he likes adya it's very clear and he would never reject it if anyone is to question him about it but it is not 'like' he is feeling now it is more than like which is confusing him.
And after that day both akash and ahaan had made a point to avoid eachother unless very much needed.

"Hmmmm i was irritating him about not taking me to shopping so he bought me here atlast" adya try to answer to ease the tension, it was rare to see an angry akash and she don't want to deal with both the hulks right now

" And i clearly remember my wife asking you to go with her, why would you refuse her if you were so desperate for shopping" akash made a statement, a clear statement which adya have no answer to .

" She want me to buy her something because obviously you know her birthday is near" ahaan became adya's saviour by answering akash.

" Akash let's go I am starving " avni tried to get his attention which actually worked.

"Why don't you guys join us for food" avni added

"Nope . Let them shop I am sure ahaan had still not get her a proper gift . Right?"akash answered for them which ahaan was glad for even he don't want to deal with more of an angry akash now.

" Yes we are yet to finish. Enjoy your food." Ahaan stated already dragging adya  away from the couple.

"That was really something , i was stunned for a second and what was that between you and akash" it was adya who spoke first when they seated themselves in ahaan's car

" that's some bro talk you don't want to interfere in, i will drop you at your house"

" Mmm, by the way I do want a gift from you"

" Not happening"

Thanvi and chaithanya was at a park which was away from their locality.
Both of them needed to talk things out and sought some very urgent matters

" What are we gonna do"thanvi said looking at chaithanya.

" i have literally no idea, we could either talk it out with our friends or hide it from them"

" How do you suppose we hide it  , the truth is either way going to be out, the truth that both i and you are married to eachother, chaithanya ."

Yes they are married. A hidden marriage because no one but both their families know that , not even their friends or in thanvi's case even the Murthy's doesn't know about it.

Their marriage was very very private which only consists of both their parents and grandmother's each

It was thanvi's grandmother's wish to see both thanvi and chaithanya married.

Thanvi's and chaithanya's grandmother's were very close friends and thanvi's grandmother was on her death bed when she asked both chaithanya and thanvi for this sacrifice.

Offcourse they fought but at the end no one could bring themselves to say no the person's last wish and with heavy heart and compromises and sacrifices they both tied the knot in thanvi's house itself in their Pooja room with both their parents and grandmother's as witnesses.

After marriage they both came to  understanding and agreed to keep it hidden for some time

The marriage was held at the time when thanvi came to visit her old hospitalised grandmother.

And the said grandmother took her last breath exactly after one week of their wedding, both of them had the inner peace that they agreed to a person's last wish.

So it was easy for both chaithanya and thanvi to keep it hidden because thanvi had to return back to London for her studies and he could go back to the hospital as nothing happened.

They both  mutually agreed to the terms that they won't disclose the marriage to anyone and they made sure of it and kept the promise till date.

But everything shattered when thanvi returned back and that too as a doctor in Sanjivani where even chaithanya is working.

And to top it off they both are friends with ahaan and adya who are family which means they would often meet eachother

"What are you suggesting thanvi, we could either hide it and apply for a divorce or disclose it to our friends and try to make this marriage work"

" I didn't say anything about divorce chaitanya" thanvi wanted to make it clear she don't know what she wants from this marriage but it certainly is not a divorce.

"Then I say we give it a try, and no I am not saying it for you,ever since I had seen you entering Sanjivani I had thought about our marriage and I do want to give it a try"
" And it's better to give a try and make it work or god knows my mother would bring many proposals, she is now actually glad that she atleast have a daughter in law, offcourse not with her, but surely she does have one and she adores you too thanvi "

Both their mothers have been in contact with eachother ever since the wedding and it is easy to say both are best friends now.
And chaithanya's mother really does adores her dil, she have got to know a lot about thanvi through her mother.

" My mother would be ecstatic if I bring you to my home " chaithanya continued

" I know. Even my mother loves you " thanvi said to which chaithanya smiled.

" I think we should take things slow , and even tell it to our friends " chaithanya wanted their friends to know about it, if it's sooner it's better.

" Yeah we will give it a try and explain our friends our situation and mentality at that time and we will tell them when we are going to their village for the temple festival "

" What festival " chaithanya asked thanvi, being confused.

" Sarini grandma was talking about their village festival happening next week she is going to invite all of us , both you and me and even arjun i heard "

" Ohh then it would be perfect time to tell everyone "
On the way back to their particular vehicles ,
Chaithanya took hold of thanvi's hand and interlocked it , his eyes held a promise a promise which thanvi could read as a promise of forever.

And  Chaithanya Agnihotri intend to keep his promises.

It was later at noon that arjun got a call.
A call from a very unexpected person, Sarini Murthy.
His friend's grandmother a person he know he should never mess with.

Arjun knows that the woman may old but the power she is oozing is to beware of.
Sarini Murthy have Power and Authority and that old women sure knows how to use it.

So here arjun took the call against his no call policy during working hours.
Arjun had two phones one only for his professional use and other personal.
He strictly take no phone calls or messages from his personal phone during his office time

But if it's Sarini Murthy who is calling then you ought to take the call ,god knows what the consequences will be if not answered.

"Hey Sarini amma what a pleasant surprise" arjun answered the call.

" Hey arjun , I am sorry to disturb you during office hours" sarini replied back

" It's ok amma, anytime for you, tell me why would you call me anything you want me to help with"offcourse arjun knew there would be no day when Sarini Murthy would want his help.

" Oh no I just called you to invite you to my village for the temple festival"
" I would be happy if you would come with your parents, the festival is at the upcoming week and i know you are busy with work and all but try to come it will make this old women happy and everyone else will be there too"

" Offcourse amma  if it's you who is calling then how could I say no , so consider me in, and I don't know about my parents but I would surely be there" Arjun replied politely

" Oh that's so good to hear , ok then I will not take anymore of your precious time and i have a few phone calls to make too , so see you soon at village, bye"

" Bye" Arjun ended the call

Something in him tells that this visit to the village is going to bring a lot of changes, good changes he suppose.
